Midwest Business Capital Now Has PLP Authority Nationwide!

Midwest Business Capital presents you with a wide range of loan structures for your commercial mortgage, applying maximum loan to values and less than 1% in loan fees. We offer conventional, SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and B&I loans for your owner occupied and investment real estate. Typically, a 90% financing option is available for borrows who own and maintain at least 51% occupancy, 80% financing for less than 51% and 80% financing for investment commercial real estate. Midwest Business Capital has competitive fixed and variable rates; the borrower can choose between a variety of flexible loan terms and amortization up to 25 years with no balloon payments or call provisions.

The typical loan approval process requires two weeks, and usually closes within a month.

The following checklist supplies you with the information required by Midwest Business Capital in order to start processing your loan. The sooner these documents are compiled, organized, and ready to go, the sooner your loan can be approved.


  • 3 Years of Personal Tax Returns • Up to Date P&L and Balance Sheet
  • 3 Years of Business Tax Returns • Business Debt Schedule
  • Personal Financial Statement • Refundable Loan Packaging Fee*
*If your loan is not approved, the balance of your Loan Packaging Fee will be refunded to you minus any out of pocket expenses incurred by Midwest Business Capital during the packaging of your loan documents.

When a completed package is received, the typical process is as follows:

  1. Financial Analysis is completed in three days; this includes a credit check.
  2. At this time, a proposal letter can be sent.
  3. A commitment Letter can usually be granted within 10 days.
  4. Any appraisals, title work, environmental reports and closing documents are then prepared.
The entire process can be completed in as little as a month contingent upon prompt receipt of all required documentation.
